kelly levengood

Kelly Levengood began her journey as an environmental professional at Indiana University where she earned a degree in Public and Not-for-Profit Administration. Since then Kelly’s career has provided her many diverse experiences in the field of water resource management. Her experience providing program assistance to City of Indianapolis programs such as the STEP (Septic Tank Elimination Program) and the Financial Assistance Plan (FAP), as well as the development of sewer connection fees and financial analysis of SRF loans, has provided her opportunities to solve daily program administration challenges and react to customer needs associated with such efforts. Kelly always puts customers and colleagues first, making her a compassionate and determined leader among her peers. She has enjoyed active roles on the City’s Clean Stream Team, on complex Environmental Impact Statement projects, and currently on the multi-county efforts of the Upper White River Watershed Alliance (UWRWA). Kelly has mastered the art of multi-tasking - demonstrated daily as she leads the UWRWA through numerous projects and directs the activities of the Technical Committee. Her commitment to local water resources is unmatched and her professional follow-through insures the continued commitment of many stakeholder groups. Kelly’s enthusiasm is unwavering and results in consistent project leadership for the Empower Results team. Kelly is a true adventurer who enjoys recreating on water resources as much as helping manage them. No surprise that her free time is spent outside playing soccer, sailing, spelunking, skiing, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
